Owners Comments

“The house is ideal for anyone who wants to make the most of living close to the wonderful Purbecks. We are a very active people who love cycling, kayaking, gardening and walking our dog. To accommodate our lifestyle we have adapted the property to a high standard so we could make the most out of what it has to offer. It’s a real bonus being able to access the converted garage directly from the house by simply walking from the patio doors from the lounge across the garden to the garage door. And the garden gate is also near the garage door, so is super convenient for exiting the garage on our bikes without having to use the up and over. With a huge passion for cycling and fitness the converted garage allows us to keep our bikes in a safe place and with a fitted wardrobe we can keep all our cycling and gym clothes all in the same space. Not only that the space is fully insulated so you can train in there all year round.

Owners Comments Cont.

With plenty of space for us to put our bikes on turbo trainers and have Zwift on the big screen or do some weight training and yoga. Fortunately the garage has a high pitch roof so we were also able to create an additional space in the roof with a stunning glass fronted mezzanine accessed by a skeleton staircase, this space above the gym area is carpeted with plenty of space for a double bed, a home office and has plenty of storage in the eaves. The eaves have sliding cupboard doors. Inside the house it is warm, bright and cosy. We have recently had it decorated throughout with new carpets and a new bathroom suit. We love the surrounding area not just for cycling but also for dog walks. You can walk from the house to footpaths that take you to Lulworth Cove, Moreton Forest and the World Heritage Site of Durdle Door. And with a train station in Wool to London Waterloo or Dorchester, it simply has so much to offer.”
