Situated in the heart of the award winning village, Winkleigh is this characterful Grade II listed semi detached house which part of is believed to be from the early C16. Considerable alterations in the 19th century and then a kitchen conversion from a former outbuilding by our existing clients has given this property three distinct periods with its character showing throughout. Its origins are still very evident including impressive Chamfered Muntin panelling and Arch pointed doors as seen in the pictures.
