Take the A385 to Dartington, continue over the mini round about taking the 2nd exit staying on the A385. Continue out into the countryside 2.3 miles. Passing Tigley Church on your left and the property can be found further along on your right signed Venton Manor. Dartington village is a short 4 minute drive down the A38, along which local and school buses run. For those wishing to get to Dartington or Totnes by foot or bicycle, there are two other routes. To Dartington using a combination of footpaths and the country lane from Rattery which emerges near Huxhams Cross, it is possible to walk this route in under an hour.
